Does Project Payday work or not? Is it another scam? Basically when you join Project Payday, you enter their membership area. 

In the membership area, you get access to a forum, videos, mentorship, and step by step tutorial on how to make money on the Internet. The whole website is about "Incentized Freebie Websites". Basically, you sign up for a service -- say AOL Internet. You sign up for a free trial, try the product out and you get paid.

Okay -- what's the catch?  You

You have to cancel before the trial period is over or else you'll charge you money.  Basically the person who runs the website gets paid for every new customer who tries out AOL's product (as an example). So he, in turn, pays you to try out AOL Internet. This is why it's called incentivized freebie website.

Project Payday have been in business since 2006 (I've checked when the website was registered), so they're not a "fly by night" company that come and go. 

Does it cost any money to join? There is the free route, and the paid route. If you want to join for free, you have to take about 15 minutes of your time to answer some surveys. If you prefer not to, you can pay them $30 (1 time fee) to join their membership website.

All in all, Project Payday is a decent place for beginners who are looking for extra income by working at home using the Internet. It does require some work, but Project Payday helps you make money. If it doesn't work out, you can always ask them for a refund.
